Fire Extinguishers on Rural Machinery, Tractors and Equipment

For work and activities in rural areas, it is mandatory that tractors, agricultural machinery, and heavy transport vehicles are properly equipped with fire extinguishers, in compliance with safety regulations. The legislation stipulates that:

• Tractors, machines, and vehicles weighing less than 10,000 kg must be equipped with one 6 kg extinguisher.
• Vehicles weighing more than 10,000 kg must be equipped with two 6 kg extinguishers.
