ExtintoresOnline.pt Refund Policy
General Conditions ExtintoresOnline.pt allows for the exchange and return of items, as provided by law, provided they have not been used by the customer and remain in the same condition as at the time of dispatch.
Procedures for Exchange or Return Requests for exchange or return must be unequivocally sent to the email: geral@extintoresonline.pt, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.
Requirements for Accepting Exchange or Return Upon receipt of the item(s) at our facilities, a careful analysis will be carried out. The exchange or return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
- The product(s) must not show signs of use or handling.
- The product(s) must retain their original characteristics and intact labels.
- The product(s) must be complete and accompanied by all material included in the original order.
Required Documentation Any exchange or return request must include the order number and, if applicable, proof of defect.
Forms of Exchange or Return
- In Physical Stores: Exchanges or returns can be made free of charge at any ExtintoresOnline.pt store, upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
- Home Collection: Through instructions provided by customer support.
Responsibility for Shipping Costs In the event of a return due to defect or other non-conformities, ExtintoresOnline.pt assumes responsibility for the initial shipping costs and the exchange/return process.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the customer will be informed of the non-acceptance of the exchange or return, and the item(s) will be resent to the address indicated in the original order.
Refund The refund amount will be reimbursed via the payment method originally used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 business days, or by another means to be agreed with the customer.
