Delivery Methods

Pickup at an ExtintoresOnline.pt Store

  • Cost: €5.90
  • Procedure: The customer can choose to pick up the order personally at an ExtintoresOnline.pt store.

Delivery to Address

  • Responsibility: After delivery to the indicated address, the risk of the products rests with the customer. ExtintoresOnline.pt is not responsible for incorrect addresses or products not collected at the specified address.
  • Delivery: Customer responsibility begins only after delivery to the specified address.

Delivery Process

  • Shipping Service: Orders are delivered by an external shipping service on the operational days and times of the logistics company.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
    • Azores and Madeira: 3 to 5 business days.
    • Europe: 3 to 7 business days (Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Sweden).
  • Delays: May occur during periods of high order volume (sales, Christmas, Black Friday).

  • Customs Clearance: Associated costs are borne by the customer.

  • Unavailability: ExtintoresOnline.pt will inform the customer about the unavailability of products and will issue a refund within a maximum of 15 days.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is considered completed upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
